Details on Shipping

All our orders are shipped from Hanoi (Vietnam) by registered airmail with signature required by the next business after we received your payment. Since 2007, we ship thousands of orders each year by this method and it is really safe and quite fast

Average delivery periods are as follow:

Europe: 8 to 14 business days

Australia and Asian regions: 7 to 14 business days

North America: 10-16 business days (for Canada, it will take over 8 weeks so if you wish to order, please contact us before)

South America: 18-28 business days

Please note that these are average so sometimes there might be some delay in your customs (especially during summer or Xmas period)

Tracking / Reference number will be provided upon request. Not all countries provide online tracking on their post website

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. This factor is included in our shipping calculator to offer the best rates possible. Remember that ship one item cost proportionally more than several pieces.

As a general rule, we invite us to contact us within 3 weeks after your purchase in case the delivery has not been made yet.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
